A woman was robbed on Sunday evening at her house on Kapteijnlaan in Veldhoven. At about eight o’clock a man managed to enter her house. He threatened her and took off with some of the woman’s personal belongings. The police are still looking for the perpetrator.
According to bystanders, the perpetrator took jewelry. The police could not confirm that.
The woman was home alone when the robber struck. She was not injured.

The police have launched an investigation and are speaking with witnesses, among others. The suspect, a man of 1.65 meters tall, is still wanted. He was wearing a black hooded sweater.
