RIVM: ‘Research into Tata Steel could be a blueprint for the situation surrounding Chemours’

An extensive health examination such as at Tata Steel is also possible at Chemours. This is reported by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), which last week made a firm link between air pollution from Tata’s blast furnaces and the health of local residents: local residents live two and a half months shorter as a result.
