Last school year, 11 million euros in school invoices remained outstanding in community education (GO!) That’s what the Mediahuis newspapers write today. “A study shows that the school invoice is usually the first to be paid,” says Koen Pelleriaux, managing director of GO! in the newspapers. “In a family that does not pay the school bill, there is a serious underlying problem. Usually that is poverty.”
