The name says it all: Ringo Starr’s “All-Starr” band includes names such as Toto guitarist Steve Lukather, multi-instrumentalist Edgar Winter and Men-at-Work frontman Colin Hay. During the concert in Ontario on Friday (May 27th), the collective played 24 songs, including classics by the band mates playing with them, such as “Africa”, “Free Ride”, “Down Under” and, for the first time, in this constellation “Octopus’s Garden”:

In 1998 and 2005, Starr took the stage to perform the 1969 Abbey Road play Octopus’s Garden. At that time he was still touring with his “Roundhouse” band, after 17 years only one thing has remained the same: the closing song. Just like back then, this year’s concert ended with “With a little help from my friends”.
