Loir’s will was made in early April last year. In one point, it is mentioned that Rainto is chosen as the estate distributor.

Rainto told the court that Loiri wanted to update his will in the same month, in which Riitta Loiri was granted an inheritance worth 15,000 euros. This will was made on 25 April 2022 and contained 12 items.

There was a confusing moment in the district court, when ex-spouse Riitta Loiri said that the artist had drawn up a will already in 2017. In that will, only the artist’s children would have been listed as beneficiaries.

Riitta said that she was “very surprised” that several wills have appeared.

In a will drawn up in April, Loir’s manager, To Pete Eklund, was marked with the artist’s winning trophies. According to the will, Ramppivalo Oy, owned by the entertainment artist, would be liquidated and the assets would be distributed among the heirs. Riitta Loiri considers this design to be exceptional as well.

In the opinion of Riita and Jenni, the will drawn up on April 25, 2022 does not correspond to the entertainer’s last will. In their opinion, Rainto is prevented from acting as a nest distributor because he knows Eklund from his past.

Rainto, in turn, denied the claim in court, stating that he only knows Eklund through work matters.

Jenni Loiri also brought up her father’s state of health in court, which, according to the daughter, could have had an impact on the time when the will was made. Jenni claimed that her father used a lot of alcohol and drugs. In addition, the cancer treatments had tired the artist.

After the session ended, Jenni Loiri did not want to comment on the situation to Iltalehte. Riitta Loiri, in turn, stated that the session had been a tough one.

– I want this to be fair. The most important thing is that things go as Vesku would have really wanted, Riitta told the press.
