The name of Rihanna’s and A$AP Rockys Offspring has now reached the public. The boy, who was born in May 2022, is named RZA Athelston Mayers. The parents named their firstborn after Wu Tang Clan member RZA, according to media reports.
The Wu-Tang Clan is known to be one of the biggest sources of inspiration for A$AP Rocky’s music. In 2016, he released the track “Wu-Tang Forever” with Drake to pay tribute to the New York rap crew. Rihanna has worn both group and RZA solo merchandise on multiple occasions over the past year.
In fact, the “Daily Mail” is said to have a copy of the birth certificate in which the name of the son of the two musicians can be found. Previously, the couple made a secret of the name. Even now they have not yet commented on the name unveiling. “Riri” announced at the halftime show of this year’s Super Bowl that her child will soon be born will have a sibling.
