An 18-year-old woman was hit by a car on Friday evening. She was dragged more than 20 meters by the vehicle and suffered, among other things, a severe concussion and a bruised neck. The perpetrator committed a hit-and-run. “Leaving a girl for dead is really not an option for me”, says father Johan.
