Easy rhubarb juice

2 liters of rhubarb

2 liters of water

1.5 dl of sugar

1. Rinse and chop the rhubarb and add them to the pan with water. Do not peel the rape so that the juice gets a beautiful red color.

2. Boil the rhubarb in boiling water for 15 minutes.

3. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves in the juice.

4. Strain the juice into another saucepan and bottle. Store in a refrigerator or in plastic bottles suitable for freezing.
