Rhubarb cake
about 1 dl of melted butter
2 dl brown sugar
6 dl peeled and chopped rhubarb pieces
Dough
150 g butter
2 dl sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 dl wheat flour
For serving
whipped cream flavored with cinnamon and sugar
1. Grease the casserole with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add the rhubarb pieces evenly to the bottom.
2. Whisk the butter and sugar to a froth and add the eggs one by one, whisking vigorously.
3. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the mixture.
4. Lift the dough over the rhubarb pieces evenly and bake at 175 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
5. Whisk the cold cream to a froth and season with sugar and cinnamon.
6. Undo the slightly cooled cake and garnish with whipped cream.
