After a few EPs and debut album HONEYMOON, Beach Bunny were on the road to success until Covid-19 set the band back on track. Singer and guitarist Trifilio even found herself in her childhood home in Chicago, where she managed to transform fear and despair into rousing power indie pop. Or in reflected-melancholic ballads like “Weeds” and “Infinity Room”, which tenderly absorb the exuberant energy of the other songs on EMOTIONAL CREATURE.
