“We have been observing those who have been vaccinated for 170 days already. Throughout the entire period of observation of the vaccinated, we see a high level of protective reactions. During the observation period, not a single person fell ill with coronavirus. One had a short-term appearance of a positive PCR test, which was only one and a half days, and then became negative,” says Veronika Skvortsova, head of the FMBA.
But without vaccination this is hardly possible. Coronavirus numbers in Russia are gradually declining, says Tatyana Golikova, but it is better not to postpone revaccination.
“Please do not forget that the risk of the spread of coronavirus infection remains. We all know what measures to take. Please do not neglect these preventive measures, including vaccination of the population. Now we are seeing a decrease in the incidence of a new coronavirus infection. There is every reason to continue to expand the planned assistance, which was limited during a period when there were high rates of COVID-19,” says Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova.
For example, in Kazan, planned medical care for patients with tuberculosis is now being provided in the new Unified Profile Dispensary. The medical institution was visited by the head of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov.
From an orthopedist and surgeon to an ophthalmologist and pulmonologist, doctors of subspecialties are now in one renovated building. The patient can undergo a complete examination in a day. Previously, logistics was more difficult, we had to travel to different addresses. The single center is ready to receive 680 people a day – both children and adults. Even today, under the program for the modernization of primary health care in the Zelenodolsk district of the republic, a rural outpatient clinic was opened.
“The second facility is rural, located in the Zelenodolsk region. It was built in a short time, costing 44 million. It receives 100 visits a day and serves about 9 thousand people,” says the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The ECG apparatus in the new feldsher-obstetric station (FAP) in the village of Zagudaevka, Ulyanovsk Region, has not yet been properly unpacked. Still, the first day of work, and the patients come in the morning.
“Ilona Andreevna is here with me. This is a paramedic, she came to the village a year and a half ago, worked in the old FAP, now she has moved to the new one. In total, we introduced nine FAPs last year. We will continue the program. This year, six more new FAPs will open “, – says the governor of the Ulyanovsk region Alexei Russkikh.
Including this FAP in the village of Zagudaevka, there will now be medicines for sale – there is an official permission from the government. Residents of small settlements will not have to go to the pharmacy for several tens of kilometers.
“We have made changes and actually allowed FAPs located in settlements where there is no pharmacy organization to sell medicines to the public. Today, all FAPs in Russia have received a license to dispense drugs. This is a new step in the availability of medicines and medical care in our country” , – says the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko.
The equipment in the new polyclinic in the Tarbagatai district of the Republic of Buryatia is no worse than in Moscow. In the functional diagnostics room there is a bike path for ECG with stress. Such electrocardiography is needed if the usual ECG does not see interference on cardiograms.
“The polyclinic went under the program “Integrated Development of Rural Territories”. This is another opportunity for the development of the village. The polyclinic has everything you need – surgery, endoscopists’ offices, all specialized specialists. Plus dentistry – both for children and adults,” says the head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexey Tsydenov.
In this new polyclinic, there will certainly be a vaccination room. In which, perhaps, it will soon be possible to be vaccinated by the St. Petersburg “Konvasel” in order to repel the blow of any coronavirus variant.
