The trial against the 18 Giant Gommers who are being prosecuted for the death of Sanda Dia will continue on March 13, 2023 at the Antwerp Court of Appeal. All lawyers and the Public Prosecution Service will argue for a whole week.
The president of the court surprised all lawyers this morning with the announcement that she will handle the entire file. The lawyers must therefore not only plead about the procedural issue that arose during the trial in Hasselt, but suddenly also about all complaints against their clients.
