The draw for the Euro Cup has shown that ZV De Zaan will travel to Strasbourg in France. In it, the water polo players play against Team Strasbourg, RN Padova from Italy and the Serbian UK Partizan.
It is a special draw for Pascal Jansen. The player of ZV De Zaan was active for Strasbourg for several years and will now compete with the Zaankanters against the French.
ZV De Zaan reached the second round last weekend of the Euro Cup. That was unique for the team of coach Andreas Miralis. In their European debut, ZV De Zaan won three games and drew once. Only from Sibenik from Croatia was lost. Thanks to the good results, De Zaan continues to convert in Europe.
The matches in the second round of the Euro Cup will be played from 28 to 30 October. The top two clubs advance to the next round.
