Restrictions are loosening: what will happen to the Green Pass?

D.ahead of a war, even the Covid takes a back seat. But unfortunately, the pandemic has not ended, even if thanks to vaccines it has been possible to make it at least containable.

It is true, however, that now that we are approaching the end of the state of emergency, on March 31, and therefore towards the farewell of part of the restrictions, the infections are rising and the epidemiological situation is certainly not the best.

With the spread of the BA.2 strain, or variant Omicron 2, and the new Omicron 3, infections are rising everywhere, but all European countries, including Italy, remain firm on gradual easing of anti Covid measures.

From 1 April the obligation of the Green pass outdoors should be dropped for restaurants and bars, as well as the “strengthened” for local public transport. But the pass should no longer be needed even for accommodation facilities, museums and commercial activities.

Stadium capacity should return to 100%. The sports halls will progressively increase.

Contact quarantines should also expire, even for the unvaccinated and for schools, where the obligation of the Ffp2 mask in favor of surgery could also disappear.

May 1st: stop at the Green Pass indoors
