The fire department in Berlin-Marzahn was again alerted to a fire. Was it another arson?
Around 11 p.m. on Tuesday evening, residents on Ribnitzer Strasse saw flames and smoke coming from the high-rise buildings. They alerted the fire department, who discovered a fire on Kemberger Strasse.
There, around 30 square meters of vegetation, bushes and undergrowth were in flames.
Due to poor water supply, the fire department responded with two fire engines and a tanker. The emergency services extinguished the fire and watered the surrounding bushes and trees.
According to initial information, it must again be assumed that there was arson, and the Berlin police are investigating.
Recently there have been repeated arsons in the area, from cars to mobile homes, garbage collection points, cellar sheds and now probably bushes and bushes in a park.
