Problems had arisen with a heater in an apartment. A lot of smoke was released and spread, eventually setting off the fire alarm in the building. The residents had to wait in the underground parking lot and garage until the fire brigade declared it safe to re-enter. The intervention only lasted a short time and the residents were able to enjoy their Christmas meal again after half an hour.
