During inspections, several shortages came to light that, according to the Department of Healthcare, are too serious to pass up. For example, in the assisted living homes there was no residential assistant and it also took too long for emergency calls to be responded to.
In the residential care center, this concerned shortages regarding medication safety, care actions and care practice. There too, emergency calls went unanswered for too long.
