Report: Fenerbahce SK interested in Hertha BSC’s Suat Serdar

After reports of possible interest from Galatasaray in mid-May and Besiktas JK a few days ago, Fenerbahce, the third big club from Istanbul, is now being linked to Suat Serdar. According to the Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncuoglu the cup winner follows the situation of the 26-year-old midfielder at Hertha BSC with interest. So far, however, it has not been more specific.

Serdar should join Lucas Tousart (26; Union Berlin) or Krzysztof Piatek (28; Basaksehir) and leave the club as a result of the descent, according to the wishes of the “old lady”. Coach Pál Dárdai had recently not taken the four-time German international with Turkish roots to the training camp in Zell am See. Serdar should keep fit with other players like Tousart or Piatek in Berlin and explore change options.

You simply have to consider whether you can find an alternative in the combination of possible transfer fee + salary that will work better in terms of price/performance ratio.
