They look like travellers, with suitcases on a trolley and in comfortable clothes for flying, but 75 homeless people live at the airport. “It’s warm here, people give presents and we have plenty of facilities,” they say. But the nuisance is increasing: “Every day there is a theft here or they drank ‘piss’ between the shop shelves”. Traders are begging for measures and now Brussels Airport is also intervening.
