The cabinet is serious about reopening the night catering industry. Minister of Health Ernst Kuipers has asked the OMT whether the 1G policy – whereby both vaccinated and unvaccinated people must be tested before entry – could be a solution for large gatherings in indoor spaces, such as night restaurants.
