The sudden and for questionable reasons the removal of his talk show De Vooravond made presenter Renze Klamer realize that he did not want to continue at BNNVARA. He himself phoned Peter van der Vorst with the request to come and work at RTL and he succeeded. The TV maker has signed a two-year contract.
RTL Boulevard
For the time being, Renze will present a daily talk show on the late evening of RTL 4 throughout August, but nothing else is known yet. “That can be a documentary, a series for Videoland, anything, but also programs that are more in the direction of entertainment,” he says. in the AD†
And if that doesn’t work out, there’s always RTL Boulevard. “RTL Boulevard? I might just jump in there one day. I wouldn’t mind that.”

Renze would not see RTL Boulevard as a step back. “Of course there are certain parts that I am less interested in, such as what André Hazes junior is up to, but they do a lot with news, crime, media.”
