Curators, administrators and mentors receive remuneration for their work as legal representatives on the basis of the Remuneration Regulations for Curators, Administrators and Mentors. This arrangement will be changed, so that from now on the rewards will be indexed every year. Previously, this reward was not indexed if the indexation percentage was between -1% and 1%. This exception expires.
Due to this adjustment, the indexation of the rewards for 2024 will be higher than previously communicated. The indexation percentage of 2023 will be included in the indexation of 2024. There was no indexation in 2023 because the percentage was between -1% and 1%. The indexation percentage for 2024 of 5.2855% and the indexation percentage for 2023 of 0.6649% are therefore now included in the indexation of the rewards for 2024.
