Vijverberg comes over from VZV from ‘t Veld. There he is currently head of the youth academy and trainer of the A1 for the ladies. Vijverberg, born in Den Helder, is one of the few full-time trainers in handball and, despite his young age, has been a coach for ten years.
With the appointment of Vijverberg, SEW expresses the wish to give both young players and young coaches the opportunity. Vijverberg becomes the youngest coach in the Eredivisie handball.
Langedijk will finish the season at SEW. This season, the team from Nibbixwoud is in fifth place in the women’s Eredivisie.
