The Regional League Reform AG has reported progress in finding a solution for regulating promotion to the 3rd league. As the German Football Association (DFB) announced on Monday, the 13-member group agreed to “initially focus on reducing the regional league to four seasons”. At the next meeting in January, this approach should be “further deepened and developed”.
