DOmenica 8 and Monday 9 June vote for 5 repeal popular referendums. Urns open on Sunday from 7 to 23 and Monday from 7 to 15. As the Constitution article 75 establishes, so that a referendum is valid, it is necessary to reach the quorum (which votes for the majority – 50% + 1 – of the entitled people) and the majority of the votes validly expressed. First question: Jobs Act and layoffs (green card).
Today in companies with more than 15 employees, in several cases of illegitimate dismissal there is an economic compensation, but not the reinstatement in the workplace, even if a judge establishes that the interruption of the employment relationship had been unfair or unfounded. “Yes” to repeal the discipline on the layoffs of the increasing protection contract introduced by the Jobs Act in 2015, which applies to those who have been hired since 7 March 2015.
