A statement was published in Başakşehir, one of the Super League teams. In the statement, the subject of the changes made in the Super League referee list was mentioned.
The statement made by Başakşehir is as follows;
We have shared our questions before with the changes made in the Super League referee list 10 weeks before the end of the league. In a television program attended by the Chairman of the Central Arbitration Committee, we did not receive any response other than statements that were far from being scientific and satisfying the public.
Our additional questions are:
• Did a referee assigned to the Başakşehir-Antalya match that will be played this week, displaying an honorable stance and returning the match?
• Did the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee give a 1 match penalty to the player who was shown a red card in the Fenerbahçe-Trabzon match played last week, and conclude that the referee made a wrong decision?
• Has the referee who showed this red card, Zorbay Küçük, been appointed to the Başakşehir-Antalya match because there are no other referees to assign on your list?
It is essential that these questions be answered in order to eliminate the question marks about the appointments that MHK will make for the remaining weeks of the season. If these questions are not answered, MHK must resign immediately, and if he does not resign, the Turkish Football Federation and MHK will remain under doubt for the remaining weeks.
