Sports brand Reebok has a new CEO, reports WWD exclusively. Todd Krinsky takes on the role of Matt O’Toole.

O’Toole joins Authentic Brands Group, Reebok’s new owner. He will only make the change in 2023, and according to WWD he will work with Krinsky on the handover until then.

New CEO more than 30 years at Reebok

Krinsky is not a newcomer to Reebok. He has been with the company for more than 30 years and has held various positions during that time, according to his Linkedin profile. He has worked in product development, merchandising, sports and entertainment marketing. Most recently, he was active as Senior Vice President for the Product division.

It’s been over a year since Authentic Brands Group announced the acquisition of Reebok. Reebok was acquired for EUR 2.1 billion and changed hands between Adidas AG and Authentic Brands Group. The sale was completed in March.
