Red Hot Chili Peppers in Mannheim: photos, videos, set list

The Red Hot Chilli Peppers played their only German concert in Mannheim on Monday (June 26). The band kicked off the concert with an intro jam, followed by Anthony Kiedis. The first song was “Around The World”, there were 17 songs in total. Around 35,000 to 40,000 fans gathered at the Maimarkt area in Mannheim for the RHCP performance. Iggy Pop and The Mars Volta were there as support acts.

After the Mannheim concert, the tour will continue through Europe, and from autumn it will be to South America.

More about the RHCP

The band’s current line-up includes Anthony Kiedis, Michael “Flea” Balzary, Chad Smith and John Frusciante. The 2023 tour takes them through North America, Europe, Great Britain, New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

Following the return of John Frusciante (in the band 1988-1992, 1998-2008, since 2019), the band has released two albums in 2022: Unlimited Love in April and Return Of The Dream Canteen in October.
