Lotus Bakeries, known for the Biscoff Speculoos and the Suzy waffles, saw sales rise to record high last year. The speculoos cookies of the cookie baker are sold so well that the company can only handle a limited growth of 10 percent this year, reports CEO Jan Boone in an explanation of the figures. The existing factories can no longer bake.
