Vittorio Lai, in the Italian village better known as Pistol, still drives a car and also hunts wild boars. Last Saturday he celebrated his 100th birthday. He is the tenth resident of Perdasdefogu, a remote mountain town on the Italian island of Sardinia, to reach that age.
