The construction sector is struggling with a record number of unfilled vacancies. The number of candidates is shrinking visibly in the meantime, the Flemish Construction Confederation (VCB) has complained. This asks the VDAB to go the extra mile to motivate more job seekers for a job in construction. In addition, the sector federation also looks to the other regions and abroad to fill the vacancies.
