Mariano, what led you to become independent in the real estate business?
I started my business a few years ago, as a result of my passion for this work and realizing that the potential that the Canning area had was immense. That led me to continue professionalizing myself, and receiving a Public Auctioneer’s degree and opening Mariano Bacelli Real Estate Businesses.
Where does the company work?
We are in Shopping Plaza Canning with our own office, with a very professional work team: vendors, appraisers, audiovisual production group and a communication team that helps us to show the products in the best way, in order to carry out operations dynamically.
What are the added values of Mariano Bacelli Real Estate Business?
I know Canning very well, since I have been working and living here for more than 10 years. That gives me a plus compared to the competition, which often only has one office in the area. When we take a property, we offer our clients the possibility of making professional photo and video productions, to highlight the properties from the rest and thus work on them in our networks and in the best-known portals.
CWhat is the strong point of the company?
Work the properties in a very serious and professional way. We have houses, lots, apartments; well opportunities. Also some own ventures and exclusive marketing of developments. We have an associated architecture studio, offering our clients the possibility of helping them throughout the process: from the search for the land to the construction of the house.
What challenges lie ahead?
Continue working with seriousness and professionalism, investing in the business to provide our clients with a service with a plus in the search for properties based on their budget.
The area where we work, the Canning / San Vicente corridor, has become a very attractive place to live: it is safe, it is surrounded by green spaces, there is a lot of infrastructure, and it will have the lowering of the Del Buen Aires highway that will connect all the province with Federal Capital.
