Women’s Bundesliga team RB Leipzig has secured the services of Swiss national player Lara Marti.
The 24-year-old full-back comes from league rivals Bayer Leverkusen and has a contract with the Saxons until 2026. Marti’s contract in Leverkusen would have expired next summer. Both clubs agreed not to disclose the transfer fee.
“RB Leipzig is a very ambitious club with a lot of potential at all levels. For me as a young player, this is a sign that I can still develop a lot here – personally and with the team,” said Marti.
