A threatening letter was sent to Fletcher, causing him to spend the last week at home. The club boss’s home was also guarded before he returned to work on Monday of this week.
The envelope had arrived on his office desk the other Friday.
He had opened the letter immediately, but found something strange there. Fletcher said the letter was disturbing and frightening.
