Rapper Lil ‘Kleine sentenced to 120 hours community service for assault in nightlife

The court in Amsterdam has sentenced rapper Lil ‘Kleine to a community service of 120 hours for assaulting a man in nightclub Oliva in Amsterdam. in the pronunciation the judge calls the musician’s actions “senseless violence”.

The Public Prosecution Service had demanded a community service of 120 hours and a suspended prison sentence of two weeks against the rapper. The court did not consider a prison sentence for Lil’ Kleine necessary, because, according to his criminal record, he last used violence in 2012.

The other perpetrators, two men from Boxtel, have also been convicted of the assault: one of them has to go to jail for a month, the other has also received 120 hours of community service. The three must all pay compensation of 500 euros and reimburse the victim’s legal costs.
