Top scorer at FC Nantes
Randal Kolo Muani (23) is one of four newcomers to Eintracht Frankfurt who have already been confirmed for the coming season. “Randal has also attracted the interest of many clubs because of his development potential. We are very pleased that he wants to take his next steps at Eintracht Frankfurt, ”said sporting director Markus Krösche in the course of the commitment. The Frenchman, who comes from FC Nantes on a free transfer and has signed a contract until 2027, sees Eintracht as an intermediate step.
“The goal is always to strive for higher things and Frankfurt is another stepping stone. A club that hopefully will try that I will continue to develop. I will deal with this new environment and later we will try to aim for the Premier League,” said Kolo Muani, speaking to theL’Equipe“ before the French Cup final against OGC Nice on Saturday (9 p.m.). FC Nantes has the chance to win a title for the first time since the 2001/02 season.

Kolo Muani, who has scored 20 goals in 37 games in all competitions this season and is his team’s top scorer, was linked to several clubs in the English upper house in the TM rumor mill last year, including Tottenham before Frankfurt finalized the deal. Speaking about his move to Germany, Kolo Muani said the Bundesliga was the league “that appealed to me the most and best suited my qualities,” although he identified the Premier League as his dream destination.
In the Frankfurt squad for the coming season, in addition to Kolo Muani, Rafael Borré (26), Gonçalo Paciência (27) and Ragnar Ache (23) as well as loan returnee Ali Akman (20) and youth player Nacho Ferri (17) are currently fighting for a starting place fight in the eleven of coach Oliver Glasner.
