Rammstein have been touring Europe with their new album “Zeit” since May 15th. On the 30th and 31st the band will be a guest at the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich. The French piano duo Duo Jatekok will perform as a support act. We have all the information about the concert.
Admission in Zurich:
Admission to the Letzigrund Stadium begins at 4 p.m. on both May 30 and 31. The concert itself is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. each day. Due to the size of the location, it is advisable to be there in good time. A valid ID document is required for entry.
Tickets for the Rammstein show in Zurich
The tickets for the postponed shows from 2020 and 2021 remain valid. The tickets for the dates June 6th, 2020 and July 5th, 2021 are valid for May 30th, 2022. The tickets for the dates June 7th, 2020 and July 6th, 2021 are valid for May 31st, 2022. Both shows, like almost the entire Rammstein European tour, are sold out.
The tickets for the shows are personalized. Therefore, visitors would have to bring a valid ID document for admission control. If you want to transfer your ticket to another person, you have two options: Either online by fansale or at short notice on the day of the concert at the box office at the stadium.
If you want to change your ticket at the ticket office, you can do so from 12 noon on the day of the concert at ticket offices 1, 3 and 4 at the Letzigrund stadium. The original ticket and a valid ID of the person to whom the ticket is personalized is required for this. The transfer costs a whopping CHF 30.00.
Directions to the Letzigrund stadium:
The parking spaces around the Letzigrund stadium are limited. Therefore, the organizers strongly recommend using public transport. The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) use numerous extra trains on the concert days and reinforce the regular trains. Attention: The ticket for the journey is not included in the concert ticket.
Weather in Zurich:
On Monday, May 30th and Tuesday, May 31st, temperatures of around 20 degrees and a mix of sun and clouds are expected in Zurich during the day. But it shouldn’t rain. In the evening it cools down to about 15 degrees.
Prohibited Items:
There will be extensive security checks upon entry. Bags larger than DIN A4 (21cm x 30cm x 25cm) are not allowed. Anyone arriving with a lot of luggage can have it stored at drop-off points outside the stadium for a fee. The following items are also not permitted at the concert:
- Professional photo cameras, video cameras and recording devices of any format
- Selfie sticks, GoPro mounts, telescopic poles, tripods or flagpoles
- Audio players with built-in or external speakers
- megaphones and musical instruments
- tablets and laser pointers
- Umbrellas (incl. Knirps), helmets
- Containers made of glass, steel, sheet metal or aluminum (drinks bottles, thermos bottles, etc.)
- Beverage containers made of PET, Tetra or plastic
- Pyrotechnic items, flares, spray cans
- weapons of any kind
