Rammstein advance sale 2023: Here are the ticket tips from Eventim

Advance sales for the 2023 Rammstein Tour begin on Thursday, September 8th, 2022 at 10 a.m. In the run-up, Eventim gives tips for everyone who wants to get hold of the coveted tickets. Here we have collected the most important ones for you.

  • All tickets are personalized, i.e. linked to the person whose name is on the ticket. When ordering, you have to give the first and last names of all visitors. This does not necessarily have to be your own, you can also buy tickets for other people. However, there is an ID check at the entrance, so it is no longer possible to pass on the tickets later.
  • Anyone who is ill or unable to attend does not have to remain seated on the cards. From December 1, 2022, they can be returned on the fanSALE platform under the conditions of the organizing MCT agency.
  • Wheelchair users and severely disabled people with the B mark on their ID card can contact their own hotline if they need support: 0421-353638.
  • So that as many fans as possible have a chance to get tickets, there is a maximum order quantity per customer. This is 6 tickets per person per show. Of course, that doesn’t mean that you can’t go to a concert with a larger group. However, a second person must purchase the rest of the tickets.

Here are some other tips for the ordering process itself:

  • Eventim points out that the rush to the ticket shop is expected to be high. If there is a lot of traffic, the waiting room of the online shop automatically takes effect.
  • When the presale starts, have the payment details and first and last names of everyone you want to order tickets ready.
  • It’s worth sticking with. Even if there are temporarily no more tickets, some are always returned from expired bookings.
  • What not to do: Open the page in multiple browser tabs or windows, or even different browsers. The different sessions only increase the risk of losing the tickets in the shopping cart, Eventim warns.
  • Anyone who registers at Eventim for the Ticket alert from Rammstein registers, will be automatically informed about news.
