Rainbows arched over Buckingham Palace before the Queen’s death

A large number of citizens had gathered at Buckingham Palace.

Scores of people flocked to Buckingham Palace on Thursday after the British court issued an extraordinary announcement about Queen Elizabeth’s deteriorating health.

Later in the evening, around 20:30 Finnish time, the news came that the long-time monarch of the United Kingdom had fallen asleep.

Just before the announcement of the sad news, Buckingham Palace saw a wonderful moment when two rainbows appeared over the palace. These Rainbows were also immortalized in pictures where people admire the sight offered by Mother Nature.

The British newspaper Metro says many people who arrived in front of Buckingham Palace had hoped that the double rainbows would be a sign of the recovery of the beloved Queen.
