In April, BZ revealed that an Islamist was guarding the police’s new anti-terrorist center in Tempelhof – a serious security breach. Now it comes out: The Chechen (40) was previously deployed to other departments – although he had not been allowed to work as a security guard for three years.
In mid-March, officers from the Chechen special forces noticed the entrance to their office on Ringbahnstrasse. Investigations and a house ban followed. Security guard Lom-Ali M. is classified as a “relevant person” in the area of the Islamism scene in Brandenburg.
As early as 2020, the city of Cottbus deprived him of his reliability, where the 40-year-old is officially registered. But: The Islamist was able to continue working in Berlin unmolested because he allegedly changed a single letter in his surname and forged documents!
Since then, Lom-Ali M. has been employed in several police departments, so he was able to easily spy on the officers. The man with weapons can be seen on his Instagram profile during paramilitary exercises and with friends from the scene. Then, last Thursday, there was a simultaneous raid in Cottbus and in an apartment in the Soldiner Kiez.
The wife and three of six children were found in Cottbus. In the 1-room apartment in Berlin, the investigators met M., his second wife and their child. They confiscated his mobile phone and searched his two cars, a BMW X6 (new from 95,000 euros) and a VW Golf. The officers also discovered a testosterone ampoule and other security guard ID cards.
The public prosecutor’s office is investigating Lom-Ali M. on suspicion of violating the War Weapons Control Act, forgery of documents and employment fraud.
