Radio Drenthe has moved digitally: what to do?

Radio Drenthe moved last month. Not actually, but the digital radio frequency of Radio Drenthe is now 7C. If you have a DAB+ radio, you may have lost Radio Drenthe.

The newer DAB+ devices or car radios will automatically look for the best frequency, but that is not the case with all radios. If you haven’t heard anything from the speaker for some time, where it should, you may have to reset your radio.

How you do a so-called rescan depends on your device and this is described in your manual. There is no general explanation for this.

So if you’ve been missing Radio Drenthe on your digital radio for a while, you’ll have to search for the stations again. We were on 6B, so that should now be 7C. Do you still have a regular FM radio? Then nothing is wrong. Radio Drenthe can still be received on 90.8FM. You can also watch radio during the day on TV Drenthe.

Have you got hold of the Radio Drenthe signal again? Then you can listen to the new programming from next week. On Monday September 5, Judith Regendorp will start the day from 07:00 with ‘Good morning Drenthe’. Wim Boer presents ‘Coffee and Keuvelen’ from 09.00. ‘Anouk in the Afternoon’ is available from 12.00 to 15.00 and ‘Studio Steenbergen’ from 15.00 to 18.00. Johan Derksen closes the day between 6 and 7 pm as usual with ‘Music for Adults’.

In the weekend, in addition to the existing programs, you can also listen to ‘De Boer op’, the ‘ Ziezozaterdagshow’ and ‘Karstival’. And on Sundays between 6 and 7 pm there will be music by Johan Derksen in ‘The legacy of Harry Muskee’.
