It is late 2016 when Rachel Hazes suddenly has a serious nervous breakdown. She gives three people a power of attorney to represent her interests during her recovery period, including daughter Roxeanne and her then good friend Marieke van Beek. She now has a kind of personal feud with the latter.

Personal feud

Rachel has set up a whole legal circus because according to her, 10,000 euros would have disappeared from her account during that period, a bit of what she rakes in one afternoon. royalties of her late husband André Hazes. And a pittance compared to the cost of this whole legal circus.

It’s obvious that Rachel just wants to get her gram. What does she want to achieve? Well, very simple: that Marieke leaves her house. She rents it for a meager 800 euros from Rachel, agreed in the time she still has besties goods. “I only have one wish and that is for her to leave my house. Only then will I leave her alone.”

Roxeanne the bobbin

Left or right, Rachel wants her right and she really uses all resources for that. Even daughter Roxeanne has to believe it. Although she absolutely does not want that, Rachel demands that Roxeanne be questioned under oath during the trial. The judge only partially agreed with that demand, but Rachel wants more.

Rachel wants to hear Roxeanne about much more than just one specific transaction, so she’s appealing the judge’s decision. Roxeanne previously indicated that she did not want to testify at all ‘because then I would discredit my mother’. “It will only further destroy her reputation.”

Criticism of Rachel

Rachel’s doing everything she can to hear Roxeanne in court is angering the public. A spy belonging to Yvonne Coldeweijer, who the juice queen does notice that it is a ‘tokkie’, has called Rachel ‘grafh**r’ in a private message. “Just treat your daughter normally!”

Rachel reacts angrily to this: “Brut. Point one for you I am just you. And point two: what are you doing? Go harass your friends your own age. Don’t forget your lollipop, kid,” she says, then sends him the Disney XD TV guide. “Don’t forget DuckTales right away.”

Bram supports

Bram Moszkowicz, who was in a sheep herding program with Rachel two years ago, supports her. “Her argument is that she should be able to interrogate her daughter to prove certain things that would not have happened right then. The judge has decided to only allow that on a very limited subject.”

He continues: “If you think you need that for the further procedure, I can understand that you are appealing that decision. (…) It doesn’t seem that chic, but if you have to, you have to. If she wants to prove her right, and she apparently wants that through her daughter’s testimony, it’s quite natural for her.”
