Today is finally the day: Rachel Hazes comes face to face with Yvonne Coldeweijer, who she hates so much. The two meet in court, as Rachel finds it necessary to burden the justice system for a futility. She wants to have a video offline in which Yvonne claims that she has a fight with son André Hazes jr.

Cremated croquette

André could easily have calmed things down by declaring that there was no quarrel, but that – tellingly enough – did not happen. Rachel is pushing it all to a head and guess what? The professional widow is far from finished. She also wants to enforce a ban on the use of her nickname ‘cremated croquette’.

A while back, Yvonne spotted a witty comment on social media from someone describing Rachel as a “cremated croquette,” and that nickname has kept the showbiz hyena in it. However, that disturbs Rachel immensely.

Rachel demands prohibition

Rachel wants the judge to force Yvonne to remove “cremated croquette” from her juice Van-Dale. “We received an extra summons before the weekend. This will also be dealt with in court today,” Yvonne writes to her this morning juice channel. “I can no longer call Friedel a cremated croquette. ?”

Why not then? “Cremated refers to the lawyer from Friedel to death and that is experienced by Friedel as painful. I am truly ashamed that we have to discuss the meaning of a ‘cremated croquette’ in court.”

15,000 euros

Yvonne revealed earlier that the summary proceedings will cost her about 15 thousand euros anyway, whether she wins or loses. Just before the weekend, the juice queen indicated that she has received about half of that in donations, but that of course still leaves a considerable amount of costs.

On the other hand, thanks to the publicity for this lawsuit, Yvonne will also be able to gain a lot of extra fame and therefore extra followers. The case will be heard this afternoon at 1:30 p.m.

Image damage

It is the second time that Yvonne has to appear in court. Last year she was sued by Samantha Steenwijk, but that has irreparably damaged the singer’s image.

In addition, Samantha has remained head of Jut with Yvonne ever since. “That was really a mistake that she did that. I just really bully her now,” she jokes in her Juice Show. “I do that on purpose, don’t I? You simply deserved that. Anyone who costs me money will have to endure it.”
