Rachel Hazes and Klaas Otto will be in the magazine rack for a week from Wednesday with their very first interview as a love couple. Small detail: the two have already split up.

New Revu journalist Andries Jelle de Jong traveled to The Harbor Club in Vinkeveen a week and a half ago for an exclusive interview with Rachel Hazes and Klaas Otto. Some images of that meeting made it to all the show media, but the Nieuwe Revu with the actual interview will not be released until next Wednesday.

Marker

It’s too late to change things up and that’s why Rachel and Klaas are on the shelves for a week as cover models. “Rachel ❤️ Klaas”, it says on the cover.

Nieuwe Revu: “The Nieuwe Revu will be in the shops from Wednesday, with a showbiz first: the first interview of Rachel Hazes together with her new love Klaas Otto. But that love is already on the rocks. If you’re in the store anyway, grab a marker right away.”

Over again

It will come as no surprise to Andries that the relationship is over. The day after he did the interview, he said in his vlog: “She has a new boyfriend. Yes, maybe when this vlog comes online it might already be over, but Klaas Otto is her new partner.”

In the end, the relationship lasted for two weeks. Fortunately, Nieuwe Revu does not only bring old news, because Rachel has also spoken extensively about all kinds of other controversial topics. For example, her suicide attempt is discussed in detail. She explains, among other things: why it didn’t work

Andre and Rox

Her complicated relationship with her children André and Roxeanne is not discussed, says Andries. “Rachel told me beforehand: ‘I would like to give an interview to Nieuwe Revu, but I don’t want to talk about my children.’”

“So I am not allowed to ask questions about her son André Hazes and not about Roxeanne. That has been agreed and that is not a problem, because there is plenty of fun other material to discuss with Rachel.”
