The manner of the French government in 2021 de budgets for people with a handicap has been adapted, gaat in the Grondwet. Advocate Read Michielsen noemt de uitspraak van de Raad van State “ongezien”. Luc Demarez, leader of vzw GRIP, noemt the arrest “an enormous opsteker for mensen with a handicap”. “The budget will be reduced by dozens of people.
