Quinty Trustfull is a presenter of innocent women’s talk in Koffietijd during the day, but when she leaves the studio she has a completely different hat on, according to the Weekend. “She’s a slum landlord!”
She is much more than just coffee cups and bastogne biscuits: Quinty Trustfull is, according to the gossip magazine Weekend of editor-in-chief Bart Ettekoven, a crafty slum landlord. “Quinty Trustfull: slum landlord”, headlines his magazine with an article in which her rented property is mapped.
Thousands of euros rent
In addition to her TV salary, Quinty also takes a lot of rent every month, according to the Weekend. “She is making her way as a landlord.”
Quinty lived in a villa in Almere until four years ago, but she left it to return to the Amsterdam district of De Pijp. And there, according to the Weekend, she turns out to be a real estate magnate in the making. “Besides the house where she lives, she has two other apartments in this neighborhood.”
1,750 euros
One of those houses is a double upstairs apartment with two bedrooms. What does Quinty get for it? “1,750 euros per month”, the magazine says.
The presenter makes good use of the housing shortage in Amsterdam, because she has also bought a small studio of 28 square meters in the same district. “Quinty collects 1,150 euros per month for this, and this price also excludes further costs.”
Dutch celebrity hobby
It is unclear to Weekend which other buildings Quinty has. According to the magazine, playing pawnbroker is a favorite hobby of the celebrities anyway. In fact, an entire column is filled with it every week.
The celebrity who is up in the latest Weekend is Najib Amhali. He has a studio in a slum in Amsterdam and takes about 1,300 euros per month.
