Quick pasta with baked feta from the oven | what are we eating today?

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Divide the cherry tomatoes over an oven dish and mix them with some of the olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the block of feta in the center of the baking dish. Squeeze the lemon over the bowl and place it snugly on the side. Crush the garlic cloves and throw them into the dish, skin and all. Also divide the olives and red onion over the baking dish.

Sprinkle the feta with the dried oregano and chili and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over it. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Then increase the oven temperature to 225 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package directions.

Remove the baking dish from the oven and remove the garlic cloves and lemon. Mix the contents of the baking dish to make a sauce. Mix in the cooked pasta and finish with the fresh basil.
