Queen Elizabeth (96) may not have been present at the anniversary concert on Saturday evening, but that has not stopped the monarch from stealing the show after all. Before the start of the concert, the British Queen suddenly appeared in a video. For the occasion she was already joined by a very special guest: Paddington bear.
