Queen Elizabeth, it is immediately a mystery about her will

ORl over 400 million pounds in personal possessions, accumulated over 70 years of reign and partly inherited from his father George VI and the Queen Mother. Do they all pass to Charles, the new monarch? Or will they be divided among all the children of the missing queen? Prince Andrew, in financial difficulty after the outcome of the Epstein scandal, would really need it.

Where is Queen Elizabeth’s will?

As in the case of Prince Philip’s will, which will not be made public for at least a century, Elizabeth’s is also destined to remain under lock and key. The queen’s personal assets include real estate, including the royal mansions of Balmoral and Sandringham, bank investments, art collections, jewels, as well as a hundred million pounds inherited from the Queen Mother and which in theory should pass to Charles. But the queen may not have left it all to him.

The assets of the Crown are not private

Elizabeth’s will only includes personal assets, while everything bearing the Royal mark remains the property of the Crown. The billions of the monarchical institution actually pass into the hands of Charles, who will continue to manage them according to the needs of his kingdom, keeping them separated from his personal fortune.

The financial “aid” to the king from the government

The king, like his mother, will continue to receive the Sovereign Grant awarded annually to the Royal Family by the British government: approximately £ 86 million, to subsidize entertainment expenses, official travel and property maintenance.

Private expenses, on the other hand, are covered by a separate concession, the Privy Purse, from a historic 14th-century estate and property, managed by the Duchy of Lancaster and providing the monarch with a private income.

Royal Testament: the properties of the Crown. And those of Queen Elizabeth

The proceeds from financial assets related to Royal residences such as Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Kensington Palace, do not go into the king’s pockets but remain with the Crown. Private property of the queen were Balmoral and Sandringham and now they pass by right to Charles. But the will could reveal (behind closed doors and only to the rest of the Royals) some surprises. The queen would also have thought of the spare Charlotte and Louis, assuring them, as adults, a home each.

The last wishes of Queen Elizabeth

It is rumored that the sovereign has on numerous occasions expressed her intention to divide her private possessions among the various children. The favorite son Andrea would benefit from this, in serious financial difficulties after the hefty remuneration paid to his accuser Virginia Giuffre, as part of the Epstein scandal.

And as done by the Queen Mother, who passed away twenty years ago, Elizabeth would have thought of Harry too, no longer a working Royal and “forced” to earn a living with lucrative media contracts.

The situation of Prince William is clearer

Prince William inherits the Duchy of Cornwall, and with it all the land and properties scattered around the United Kingdom and managed by the organization so dear to King Charles. The new heir to the throne will also take possession of Highgrove House, Carlo’s country home, but he doesn’t want to live there. And if his father insists on residing there, avoiding moving to Windsor or Buckingham Palace, William will be his landlord.
