Belgian MEP Marc Tarabella is allowed to leave prison, but is placed under electronic surveillance. The Brussels Chamber of Indictment decided this on Tuesday. Tarabella was placed under arrest on February 11 in the investigation into corruption in the European Parliament, but has consistently maintained his innocence.
